GREEN BELT TEST

4th grade: Unicorns will finish the green belt song before spring break. We will begin learning the song on Monday, March 23. Please bring your recorder.

4TH GRADE RECORDERS

The majority of our 4th grade will be completing the first half of our recorder program in January. By the end of the month, we will have learned all the left hand notes, taken 4 tests, and mastered several songs we can play for our families!

3RD GRADE EMOTIONS IN MUSIC STUDY

All our 3rd graders are completing our study of Emotions in Music. As a final activity, we created paper bag puppets to star in our Reader's Theater stories. We also selected a piece of classical music that illustrated the mood of each story to be played while our puppets performed the stories for the class.
Everyone did a fabulous job reading the stories, and making their puppets! The music really enhanced the stories and definitely helped to "set the stage" for our puppet shows.
